Card Game Academy is primarily a public educational site. Learners do not need accounts.

Hosting providers may process standard server logs (IP address, user agent, request path, and timestamps) for security, reliability, and abuse prevention. Retention follows the host's defaults unless shortened for production.

Admin accounts store name, email, hashed password, and optional two-factor secrets so authorized editors can manage content. Media uploads and CMS content are stored to operate the site.

The browser may store locale preference, learning progress, demo settings, age-notice dismissal, and cookie-consent choice in localStorage. These values stay on your device unless you clear them.

Optional analytics are not loaded unless you explicitly allow them in the cookie banner. We do not sell personal data.
